JOS READY TO HOST J-TOWN PEACE TOURNEY

Basketball lovers in Plateau state are getting set for the much anticipated J-Town peace games slated for 8th and 15th of January 2021.

Former Nigeria Basketball international Samuel Oguche who is sponsoring the event stated that he is ready to help stem the sliding tide in the Nigeria basketball by embarking on serious grass-roots basketball development in line with his passion for the game.

The J-town basketball peace tournament is part of the efforts in fostering unity among youths living in Jos town.

The Jos town basketball tournament is expected to dunk off at the Azi Iyako youth center, Jos township stadium in Plateau state.

A visit to the orphanage, music, dance performances and lots more are all lined up for the one week basketball tournament.
