Human rights activist, Deji Adeyanju says Wike’s reported condition for peace to rein in the PDP is not outrageous but fair
In a post on his Facebook page, Adeyanju said
“Read a statement credited to some PDP stakeholders saying Wike’s demands are outrageous, how? Ayu is from the North like Atiku & he promised to resign if a northerner candidate emerge. Atiku has said severally he will do only one term. A northerner about to finish 8yrs. Wike’s demands are very simple:
Ayu must go so a Chairman from South take over.
Atiku must do only one term for them to agree to work with him. How are these 2 demands outrageous?”
The crisis in the PDP seems to be near its end after Atiku met with Wike and some PDP governors in the UK
