GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
All owners of developed or undeveloped properties along Aba road, Umuahia are by this notice mandated to clear overgrown grasses or bushes on such plots/properties within 48 hours from this announcement. Failure to do so, Government shall proceed to clear such premises and subsequently charge the cost on the owners or occupiers of such property.
Abia State Public Utility Maintenance Agency (APUMA) and Law Enforcement Agencies have been directed to enforce this Government directive.
