Ambitious Warriors Seals Deal For Jewel Academy’s Defense Stalwart

Nigerian professional football league side abia warriors football club has sealed a 4 year deal for Jewel Football Academy ‘s 18-year-old central defender Jonadab Nwakamma.
Presiding over proceedings today at the club house in Umuahia, the director pastor Emeka Inyama alongside his Jewel Academy counterpart Sir Aaron “Best man”, coach chinedu obasi okezie the Technical adviser Jewels Football Academy gracefully unveiled the promising centre back.
The deal eventually came to fruition weeks after the defender joined the umuahia based side in their ongoing preseason preparations, a testament to the fact that he has shown commitment, zest and the right character geared towards being ripe for professional football.
The friendly deal had a subsequent 40 percent deal clause attached to it, which sees Jewels Football academy benefiting from further deals involving the central defender,
Speaking ahead of the 18 year old’s move to Abia warriors, the technical adviser of Jewels Football Academy coach Chinedu Obasi Okezie affirmed thus;
“Jonadab has been with Jewels Academy since 4 years, and I believe this is his time to showcase to the world what he has learnt over the years as an academy player, I am full of optimism that he will certainly deliver in his new adventure.
“It’s a good addition for Abia Warriors, keeping faith with such a promising youngsters speaks volume to what they tend to achieve going into the new NPFL season, I wish them well and so confident that they will give good account of themselves in the new season.” The umuahia based tactician concluded!.
Jonadab became a mainstay at the heart of defence few years he joined the Ohanze based football academy, he made an immediate impact in coach Chinedu Obasi Okezie ‘s side forming an enviable defensive partnership with Uche Franklin, his calm and composed demeanor compliments coach Imama Amapakabo’s playing style.
A left footed defender, a rare possession for central defenders in the NPFL, with a sublime blend of being comfortable with the ball at his feet, the umuahia born central defender is also very strong aerially which adds another string to his bow.
Now is the time, with the tide’s slow momentum geared towards fortune and the ambitious abia warriors having sworn a pact of oneness with the ohanze based side, it’s left for the world to see how Jonadab Nwakamma’s run of fairytale unfolds in his new adventure.
