It’s every players dream to score for his national team but getting a goal in the FIFA World Cup is phenomenal, not to talk about a brace in two different edition.

“Wow how time flies. I can’t believe it’s 2 years already since I scored those much needed goals at the World Cup ⚽⚽⚽⚽The tears of joy I shed that day I can never forget. Unarguably one of the best days of my life. Grateful to Allah & everyone of you for the love.”

qualification match for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations against Madagascar, where he came on as a substitute for John Obi Mikel in a 2–0 win. The speedy star scored his first goal for the Super Eagles in a March 2011 friendly against
Kenya.
