Akwa Ibom Referee Mfon Akpan has been voted the Soccer Queens Nigeria Women Premier League referee of week 6.
Mfon who is winning this award for the second time this season, also won it twice last season and crowned it up with the referee of the season accolade.
The 27year old officiated the game between Bayelsa Queens and Nasarawa Amazons in Lafia and was said to be at her best in the 2-2 home draw of the ‘Restoration Ladies’.
