A golden fish they say have no hiding place, and sometimes these golden fishes are not given enough recognition in their homeland.
That can be related to the case of Coach David Gideon. He is a top football manager who has showed class over the years, every team he has coached he manages to bring them to limelight.
He once took Gombe United back to the top flight and he turned around the fortunes of Aklosendi FC when he took them to the quarterfinals of the Aiteo Cup and even finished second with them in the NNL that very season despite reported poor welfare package at the club.
Coach Gideon is also a well-travelled coach who has had a coaching stint at Ghanaian side Inter Allies FC.
And most recently he promoted Udala FC to the NNL.
Coach Gideon is an enigma in the world of coaching in Nigeria. Any football club that goes for him now will simply have their fortunes improved because Coach David Gideon is reliable
