A Nigerian journalist and media entrepreneur, Sarafina Napoleon has posted a throwback picture of herself moments after graduating from the University and how she could not initially get all she said wanted

“After Graduation, I was a freelancer with Voice of Delta but no money to buy bathing soap

Saw one school teacher needed advert and I applied. Owner was a pastor and he offered me 12k salary.
I said too small, he added 1k to make it 13k and made me the highest paid teacher.”

She said that although that was not her dream job, she had to do it in order to care for her primary needs.

“My job was to teach and prepare primary six pupils for their exam which I did during the week and freelanced at weekend.

Was that my dream job? No. but I had to enjoy doing it because it catered for my basic needs at the time.

Engage yourself while waiting for the better “
