Nigeria’s Super Falcons defensive stalwart, Osinachi Ohale has moved to CD Tacon of Spain. The Falcons defender moved to the side from Vaxjo of Sweden.

Osinachi Ohale has played for Delta Queens and Rivers Angels here in Nigeria and has also played in the US. She was part of the Falconets team that won silver at the 2010 U-20 world cup in Germany, has played 3 in World Cups and won the AWCON 4 times.

CD Tacon made their Spanish Iberdrola debut with a 9-1 loss to Champions League finalists, Barcelona and will be away to Sporting Huelva this weekend. CD Tacon were bought by Real Madrid but will officially become their women’s team next year.

Ohale will hope to make her debut next week against Sporting Huelva.

Ohale is the fourth Nigerian to seal a permanent move to Spain after Asisat Oshoala moved to Barcelona from Dalian of China, Peace Efih to Sporting Huelva from Rivers Angels and recently, Chidimma Okeke moved to Madrid CFF from FC Robo of Lagos
