Hajji Liameed Gafar, the Chairman of the Lagos State Football Association, has been inundated with praise following his nomination by Sportsville as one of this year’s award recipients.
The most recent commendation came from Dotun Coker, an Executive Board Member of the Lagos State Football Association. Dotun, who serves as the vice chairman, expressed his thoughts on the matter.
“Liameed Gafar, has put Lagos FA back on full throttle since he took over less than a year ago. His revolutionary ideas and programmes are what is needed at this point in time. In short, he is a forward looking administrator with great and innovative ideas.

“If he continues in this trajectory, Lagos State will be an envy to emulate by all,” the highly respected Coker added.
Hajji Gafar, the owner of 36 Lions Football Club, has introduced transformative initiatives since assuming the role of Chairman of the Lagos Football Association. His commitment to the ongoing training and development of officials, including coaches and referees, has become a defining feature of his groundbreaking leadership.
By prioritizing youth empowerment through football, he has created pathways for talented young players in Nigeria to refine their skills in Europe. Upon being nominated for the Sportsville Special Recognition Award, Hajji Gafar expressed his gratitude for the acknowledgment.
